Choose the Photo Session you’d prefer: STUDIO or CUSTOM ~ After your Photo Session, preview all of your images and decide if you want to purchase more Single images or Upgrade your Collection.

What is the turn-around time to receive images/products after my Photo Reveal> Final Selections>Order Confirmation?
Digital Image files: 3 to 14 days | Online Store Prints: 2 to 4 weeks | Custom Keepsakes (ex. Albums, Wall Art & Video): 10 to 12 weeks.
What happens if I Cancel after I have already paid my Session Booking Fee?
We have a NO REFUND policy since the Studio/Team has reserved time just for you.
We’ll do our best to work with you to apply toward another date per our current Reschedule Fee Schedule.
Can you accommodate large families/groups, various ages or special needs?
We’re able to accommodate groups of 10, 20 or more if mentioned well in advance, when scheduled. We will prepare equipment, Assistant(s) and scout locations for adequate space, parking, ADA ramps or elevators. Kim will also work to accommodate ADA access needs and adapt to any sensitivity to touch or loud sounds.
Will you help me with my wardrobe, hair and makeup?
Yes, for STUDIO appointments we provide Makeup Touch-up service. Full-service Wardrobe Styling, Makeup or Hair Artistry is available as an optional Add-on enhancement service. We will also provide a PDF Dress Guide and may refer you to local wardrobe Shoppers and Professional Stylists for consideration when planning your Session.
What if I have a future Date in mind for a CUSTOM Session, but not able to pay in-full?
When certain of your date, Book with 50% Deposit & Schedule Share/Split Pay-in-4 option. Ask for more Info.
